Ryan began his roofing career working directly for Carlisle Syntec as a technical sales representative. In 2010, Ryan started an independent maufacturer's representative organization. He manages all aspects of the business.

Aaron House
Central and South Texas Sales Manager
Aaron is based in Austin and manages the central and south Texas markets. He started his roofing career with OMG, which manufactures fasteners and adhesives in the commercial roofing industry.

Kyle began his roofing career after leaving a successful teaching and coaching position in 2013. He manages the South Texas market.

Paul came to our organization after spending 13 years with Carlisle Syntec, most recently as the regional technical manager. He covers the greater San Antonio market, Corpus Christi, and the Rio Grande Valley.

Trey joined Kirkland and Associates after a career with PPG. Trey is responsible for specialty products, specifically Carlisle foam and coatings.

Bobby's passion in sales started in his time at Texas A&M University where he helped start a sales organization through the Agriculture Business program in College Station, Texas. He has 5 years of sales experience in the residential construction industry. He is excited to be starting his career with Kirkland & Associates.

Lindsay joined Kirkland and Associates after spending 19 years with Carlisle SynTec. She had various roles with Carlisle including customer service and inside sales support. Lindsay has exceptional organizational skills and is a customer service expert.
